Patients Reviews

Dr. Allsup and her staff make everyone feel at home. Every time I would walk into an appointment the team knew my name and asked how I was feeling. The sweetest staff and caring doctor. Would definitely recommend as I could tell difference going to other places and how we are definitely not treated like a number there!

Dr . Allsup is an amazing caring doctor . She is the Best! Her staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never seen a doctor who can work all night and you would never know it because she is always happy and makes you feel like your important! I feel so blessed to have been Dr.Allsup's patient for over 10yrs. I wish all doctors could be as wonderful as her!!

Great office and staff. Dr. Allsup is the only doctor I was able to find that was always on call for births. Hated at other offices you never knew which doctor was going to deliver your baby. She is kind and caring and answers all questions and Cynthia, at the front desk, is always so welcoming!

I started at this practice for my pregnancy with Samantha! Loved her! But she left the practice towards the end and i was moved to Dr Allsup. She is a nice lady unfortunately her staff and their work flow sucks! Everytime i went they were behind. I met the dr once before i gave birth. They didnt tell me until 30 weeks that i had gestational diabetes. The communication for my scheduled induction was horrible. Its what worked for them not me, the patient. I needed to have done days i would have family and they scheduled when dr was on call bc she would be there anyway they said. Meanwhile that left me with no family for support to be there. I told them since day one i wanted nexplonon. They waited to my 3 week follow up appt to start auth. Aith didnt get approved until after 6 week appt and had to wait for them to receive it. By time they got it i had to go back to work bc i am a single mom and they call to tell me to get it but needed two appointments for it. Which i cant afford to miss so now im not on birth control. All in all i will be finding a new dr office. Too bad to the new nurse practitioner is pretty cool too. There were couple more incidents but you get the point

I have been with Dr. Allsup for about 8 years. And she has always been very nice and talks you through everything. I have had only 2 emergencies the first one was bad and this last one worse. I called for an urgent appointment and all I kept getting was "Sorry, she is booked". Staff was not at all sympathetic. I was in tears because of the pain and they didn’t seem to care. It may not have been urgent since I was stable. But I was told I would have to wait 5 days for an appointment. I was the one who kept calling to see when I could be seen. And I kept getting "Okie Dokie" & "Honey". Staff is not at all professional with how they speak to patients and show no sympathy for their concerns. I have changed Doctors and let them know when I cancelled my appointments and they didn’t seem to care one bit. Again Dr. Allsup is a nice Dr, but it’s not worth it.

The front office told me that I had Medicare Part D (I am only 50 and am not eligable for it) After calling my insurance company and verifying that I indeed do not have it, I felt very uncomfortable with the front office staff. Not sure that they are very informed about insurance laws, or how to read benefits explanations.
